The Orgenix Lifetime Guarantee
Every Orgenix product is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship — at any point — we'll replace it. No expiration date. No fine print.
What's Covered
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Structural failures under normal use. Bamboo cracking or splitting due to material defects. Metal components rusting or corroding under normal conditions. Glass containers with manufacturing flaws (chips, cracks from production). Magnetic components losing holding strength prematurely.
What's Not Covered
Accidental damage (drops, impacts, spills). Damage from misuse or use outside intended purpose. Normal wear and tear over time. Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function. Damage caused by improper cleaning or storage. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
How to File a Warranty Claim
Contact us at 209-970-8510 or support@orgenix.com. Have your order number ready. Describe the issue and include a photo if possible. We'll review your claim within 24 hours and ship a replacement at no charge if approved. You do not need to return the defective item in most cases.
Warranty Transfers
The Orgenix lifetime warranty is tied to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. If you received an Orgenix product as a gift, the warranty applies from the original purchase date.
