Everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.
All orders over $35 ship free within the contiguous United States. No code needed — the discount applies automatically at checkout. Orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 12pm PST are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12pm PST or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing. Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days after processing. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee based on order weight and destination.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location) to track your package in real time.
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional shipping fees may apply for AK and HI). We do not currently ship to U.S. territories or internationally. International shipping is in development — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it launches.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement at no charge. Please keep all original packaging for damaged shipment claims.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at 209-970-8510 — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
