Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be in their original condition — unused, unassembled (where applicable), and in original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original components.

How to Start a Return

Call us at 209-970-8510 or email support@orgenix.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll email you a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at any USPS location. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.

Exchanges

Want a different product instead of a refund? We're happy to exchange. Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like instead. If there's a price difference, we'll charge or refund the difference. Exchanges ship free.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send a photo of the damage to support@orgenix.com and we'll send a replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged item.

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for returns and exchanges under the same 30-day policy. The only exception is items marked as Final Sale, which are non-returnable.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
