1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Orgenix website (orgenix.com) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
2. Products and Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion. Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United States only. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
Our return policy is described in full on our Returns & Exchanges page. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
6. Warranty
Our lifetime warranty is described in full on our Warranty page. The warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear. The warranty is non-transferable.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is owned by Palm Lux Products LLC and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palm Lux Products LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our products shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
