Sustainability

We build products that last because the best thing for the planet is buying less, not buying green.

We're not going to pretend that making physical products is carbon-neutral. It isn't. But we do believe that the most sustainable product is one you never have to replace — and that's the standard we hold ourselves to.

Every material decision we make starts with the question: will this still be working in 10 years? If the answer is no, we don't use it.

FSC-Certified Bamboo

All bamboo is sourced from FSC-certified forests. Bamboo grows to harvest size in 3–5 years (vs. 20–50 for hardwood) and doesn't require replanting after harvest.

Borosilicate Glass

We use borosilicate glass instead of plastic. It's fully recyclable, doesn't leach chemicals, and lasts indefinitely with normal care.

Minimal Packaging

All packaging is made from recycled cardboard and printed with soy-based inks. We use no plastic wrap, no foam inserts, and no unnecessary filler.

Built to Last

Our lifetime warranty isn't just a selling point — it's our sustainability commitment. A product that lasts forever is a product that never ends up in a landfill.

Consolidated Shipping

We ship from a single warehouse in Southern California to minimize transit distance and consolidate shipments wherever possible.

Repairability

Most Orgenix products are designed to be repaired, not replaced. Replacement parts for modular systems are available directly from us.

What we're working on

  • Carbon offset program for all shipments — launching Q3 2025
  • Take-back program for end-of-life products — in development
  • Fully plastic-free packaging across all SKUs by end of 2025
  • Supplier audit program to verify environmental claims
